Ethical Cooperation

THE CHANDOS SUPPORTS ANTHONY RUSSELL

AS ONE OF THE FOUNDING ADVOCATES OF CIVIL-ISATION

WORKING WITH BOTH INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANISATIONS TO CREATE A FEDERATION OF

THE LIKE-MINDED, COMMITTED TO ETHICS IN BOTH BUSINESS AND SOCIETY

The founder with Tun Khin, president of the Burmese Rohingya Organisation UK (BROUK)       in Westminster Hall

The Chandos celebrates the great variety of charities and organisations committed to the democratic principles of dialogue and peaceful coexistence. But it also appreciates the need to clarity the fundamental, shared principles under which we all can rally.

This is recognised as particularly important in an age of such social, political and economic complexity, where there are immensely powerful forces engaged in setting agendas not always in line with good ethical practice.

More than any other single objective, The Chandos works to clarify these shared beliefs of peace-loving people the world over, regardless of different perceived identities. We believe in the importance of creating a consensus of the like-minded, so as to avoid confusion and misunderstanding. Clarification of these time-honoured values will allow us to stand up to antisocial forces, especially those committed to violence.
